spot on about players working hard, even if it is to impress future employers should they leave us in the summer. one of the things I've found hardest to understand about the lack of passion, desire, work rate this season is surely it's only making yourself look bad... regardless of how you felt about previous managers/systems lack of effort only negatively affects their future job prospects.
