Somehow, rampage stack progress can be shared between two (or more) weapons with rampage. However-and correct me if I’m wrong, as I haven’t messed with this since really early D2-upon swapping to your other weapon with a rampage stack gained from your initial weapon, the other weapon says it has rampage (let’s say x1), though it doesn’t actually get that damage bonus until another kill is earned, which would then grant you Rampage x2. So, the damage bonus itself isn’t shared, but the progress towards the next stack is, effectively allowing you to skip levels.

The one she was using(raconteur) can roll with rampage and is craftable
