Not extra vitamins because I definitely get plenty of vitamins through fruit & veggies. Because of all the high protein veggies and adding beans, I’m getting enough protein. Also more complex carbs with fruit and veggies so it just takes planning. The only other thing I added was nutritional yeast for protein& B12 especially because I don’t eat fish or meat. Everything that I’m eating is so nutritionally dense that I really do feel the healthiest in my entire life. Thanks for watching!
Wow Fantastic news. Keep up the good work on your health. Yes it will be nice to see your diet plan. I am 66 years old and my numbers are high too but they put me on a Mediterran Diet but I do not see a difference yet. Take Care.
Congratulations. Any improvement is huge. 😊 I have been mostly vegetarian ALL of my life- occasionally a piece of chicken or a piece of steak. As a child I didn’t like meat. Fortunately for me my father didn’t force me to eat foods I didn’t like, he grew me tons of vegetables, also- I have always been athletic and even as a recently retired senior, I still bicycle ride and play pickle ball. When I was in my 30’s high blood pressure started a series of testing and I had crazy cholesterol issues. Hmm, 🤔 thin frame, athletic, vegetarian entire life 🤷♀️ my point is this wasn’t my fault. My liver makes excess cholesterol. Nothing I did improved the numbers. I take a statin ( low dose now) I am fortunate as I tolerate the statins well. Some do not. I pay very close attention to what goes into my body. A good rule of thumb is stay away from blondes. I eat more protein than carbs and it’s imperative I eat a decent sized healthy breakfast. Try real hard not become complacent. Again, good job and congratulations
vegetarianism, sometimes is a lot of processed food, so....maybe you shouldn't be blaming it on your genes, as it sounds like, that your cholesterol became high. you aren't deficient of some man made statin @Jeh110
I’ve changed my eating habits to all plant based for over 10 wks now and my blood work isn’t lying. I feel better now, have more energy and don’t miss meat at all. I’m going to continue to do me and you do you.
Do you have to take extra supplements or vitamins ?

Don't fall for it. Humans have eaten meat ever since we started. Veegetables are great but not as an exclusive source of calories.
It's what they put in meat now and the drugs they give the animals to get them fatter faster. I will never eat meat.

Blood type A? They do good on plant based @@happysfamilywnc
what evidence do you have that "humans have eaten meat since we started?" you don't fall for the unscientific lies! believe the big bang I bet 🫢
Just excellent Rachel. 🏆🏅😎🦘
