If the plaintiff expected to get paid more, then why did he keep coming back after the first time? He knew that’s how much he’s going to get.
Day laborers - work when they want their fix. Or won’t show up. Otherwise they would have a regular job.
They are very sensitive - make sure you never say anything bad, or they will never do work for you - which they do a good job, and cheap .
You are exactly right, I have had people like him work on water tanks Plumbing lighting and everyone of them were so very skilled that they should have been licensed. However one told me this in,...*Sis I got you, BUT...sis even if you still want me to fix the car I will put in your brand new Breaks on & PUT n yo hot water tank & take out the old one get rid of it & make sure there are no leaks so you don't have carbon monoxide poisoning(kids n the house)... ... ***.... he said, "but I got to get right first"...***his hands were shaking he was sweating he was becoming sick he needed a fixed first and also a shot of liquor so that he can do the work with no problems... Needless to say he did a wonderful job I gave him some of the money up front, once he got his self together he was able to do those jobs.(I HIRED HM 4 ALL MY SNOW REMOVEL & LAWN CARE 4 A YR.)So I agree with the plaintiff pay me what you think is fair(HE YRRATRF HOM LIKE A FIEND)if he had to do the hallway that many times and go over it afterward the judge did not catch the part where he had finished the gray paint(PICTURE) and the defendant came in and spackel all over it and he had to repaint it again there was a third time, and IT'S that point when the defendant was trying to switch it up on him a little bit. And he also told the judge I threw in the driveway as a bonus. The defendant got over a little the plaintiff got over a little but all in all the defendant was played really badly and now he can't have his reputation ruined and they may never be friends or family friends again.
It's Street rules on what he did to the man because a fiend will come back on you bad moves will come back on you... The plaintiff comes off as nice but if you were that nice you would have hired a company to do it instead of a neighborhood fiend, like any landlord who's trying to gain that money you don't care about the people doing the work you just trying to get somebody in there to make more money I bet you a dollar to a hole in the donut that place is going to be Section 8. And I also believe and that that that mutual friend that they were both talking about, has probably told that landlord he'll only gave a few dollars for the work he did for me. No matter what your moves are remember God is watching
But he was a very nice and SHINY Ford.
What in the tone loc missing link is really going here? 👀
Take an anthropology course and figure it out, since you’re apparently lost on what the “missing link” is.
The plaintiff laughing when the Def testified he tried to dump the trash got me.....lol
Judge Mathis woulda called this what it was 😂 he hired a crackhead for crackhead wages like we all do in the hood
Judge Mathis: Sir, what did you expect when you hired a crackhead to do a job? ...You know about those crackhead ways, and you should have known you'd get a hard time behind it. ...Judgment for the Defendant, and (to Plaintiff) you can go back to your pipe now sir, because you're not getting any money here today. ...Have a nice day."
Am I the only one think this man voice can be a late love radio Dj or a blues singer
#Jackhammer is the drink 🍷 I need to order and finish after this episode 😳😅
He shoulda sued for Fair Market Value.
That’s embarrassing; brought this mannnn all the way to court for nothing
I wish he would have went to Judge Mathis. He used the neighborhood junkie to get work done and got junkie results, smh
$40 a day. Dam. That's highway robbery.
Guy comes in with NO PAPERWORK!! This is not starting well!! 🤷🤦😂😂😂👵🇺🇸
He's being paid crackhead prices...that guy is using him. That's awful.
Listening to the plaintiff feels like watching a movie with a bada*s drug lord 😂😂
I loved the plaintiff.
The judge should have asked or axed what’s up with the Fez
