It's always so impressive how American first responders say goodbye to their comrade.
Every single American that served in any war should deserve a procession like this.
Rest in Peace Captain. I was a german navy soldier. (trainee at USCG TraCen Governors Island (National SAR School) and solved a course training at USMC). Last greetings from Germany
SEMPER FI!
In my country, a firefighter was asked. "Don't you want to quit when it's this hard?"
Hero said. "Then who's gonna put out the fire?"
Only the bravest and most sublime man can be firefighter.
From an ancient Veteran, ex ROYAL AIR FORCE, when planes were made of wood, and men were made of steel. I salute you Sir, you were one of us.🇺🇸🇬🇧
The bagpipes always make me cry especially at a funeral of a brave member of our military or emergency services
Yeah bagpipes always make me cry too but also I was crying because I feel so sorry for their loss it’s so horrible when you lose a close friend , colleague and family member
me too. 🤧
I am usually able to hold it together until the bagpipes start and then the water fall comes. Thank you and your family kind sir for all of your service and their supporting you and staying strong when you had to be away from them. I know that Jesus’ arms were open wide toe receive you into heaven.
My dad was in the army and was a volunteer firefighter and the fire chief for 21 years before he passed away with lung cancer.he had the firefighters from all over state of New York to say they last good bye to him.
I'll never get tired of saying "Thank you for your service sir." So, thank you for your service sir.
Thank you my brother for you service in the USMC and as a brother in our UNITED STATE of AMERICA 🇺🇸
FIREFIGHTER 🚒 / EMT🚑. May you R.I.P. Sir. May God bless your family.🙏😇💖🚑🚒
My father was a Canadian soldier, US Marine, a Firefighter/Paramedic for 22 years and ultimately became a police officer shortly before he unexpectedly passed away. I'd like to think he is greeting another fellow Marine to the afterlife who shared the same devotion and passion for serving their communities and country.
You know he is. Marines are guarding the gates.
Rip you hell out was my how us and the best
U know it!!!!
🫡🫡🇧🇷🇧🇷
from Great Britain, thank you John, my daughters and grand daughters sleep well tonight because of men like you...thank you.
RIP Brother Firefighter from Navajo Nation Fire Department...We Salute You....
In Germany we see in the newsletter oh there died someone. I don't care. And here you show biggest respect of him. Faith in humanity restored
Blessings brother 🇩🇪🇮🇹🇮🇪🇺🇸🤝
When you hear the words in the music. You know it’s powerful. RIP fine sir.
I came across this randomly. I did not know this Marine & Firefighter. I cried the entire way through this video though. My deepest sympathy to this family. I pray they find comfort in this difficult time.
How could someone have thumb down for watching this? You must be cold and heartless. RIP Sir. Thank you for your service ❤️🙏
Maybe the thumbs down are bc he’s gone and not here.
I don't know. I have my issues with Law Enforcement and all the crap they constantly get away with but if someone falls in the Line of Duty have some respect for their Sacrifice.
Bonjour je suis français et moi même Pompiers . RIP Mr
There are a few critics of bagpipers, but this was not the time or place.
Bad News going to hurt
I've been a firefighter/paramedic for 35 years and it's so hard to lose a fellow brother. R.I.P. sir and thank you so much for your many years of service to this country and your community. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family and friends in this very hard time. God bless you all.
I retired as a Paramedic Lieutenant two years ago after 33 years in EMS and the Fire Service. I carry a lot of mental baggage, but I wouldn't trade anything for my career experiences. God bless you Captain, may you rest in peace.
@@ccrsems7 Thank you for your service. You carry a lot of weight on those shoulders. Remember if you helped to save just 1 life, it was worth the pain.
Losing a darn friend it’s like hitting a car. Rip you those who fight in till the end see you in heaven.

“Rest In Peace” 🙏🏼
IN MY VIEW
The respect they showed John Ferrarella Sr. through this funeral procession is absolutely beautiful. I bet he is smiling down from heaven.
Yes he is
This salute with the halls of Montezuma by the pipes sent shivers down my spine finest honor to a veteran as it should be rest well sir from a Canadian vet
What a beautiful send off this brought tears to my eyes 😭
What a prestigous, heartwarming, send off that must have been for the departed. Everything he could have wanted.
May God continue to bless his family and keep them safe!!!
I applaud the county for allowing this. We just had a fallen Firefighter here in PA but they would not allow a procession. They had a chief vehicle escorting the hearse and this is beautiful genually. Rest in peace.
I feel there are too many times we forget
love is respect for all a person who serves does. Respect is love for the families who also serve with a deceased loved one.
Love is also empathy
and compassion for
surviving communities of women and men who
serve.
The official funeral procession for those
Who have passed starts official grieving
process. Thank you
for loving this incredible human being and his loved ones.
Love from the stepmother of a firefighter. I was
married to a world war 11 soldier. My
3 uncles served.
Another served in the
merchant marines. My nephew is a paramedic. My son is in Princess Patricia's
light infantry. " The torch be yours to hold it high if we break faith with those who die we shall not live though poppies grow in Flanders field.
Remember all who serve with a funeral
Procession. No doubt they all deserve one.

To the people who disliked this video.
How can you not like a tribute to one who always answered the call to serve.
They showed tribute while social distancing themselves. Don’t know if y’all caught that.
It was a beautiful thing.
And if Fire and EMS are practicing social distancing and they are usually the First Responders.
What does that say about them 👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿
