Royal Caribbean's SERENADE of the SEAS was the first large cruise ship we've seen in Juneau, Alaska since 2019 and before the CDC put on a hold on cruises from US ports. Only a relaxation of the law that requires ships to touch a foreign port of call allowed this cruise to happen as Canada still has a ban on cruises calling in their country.
