Better that way the oil can penetrate through the moisturizer. But not the moisturizer through the oil. Always layer products lightest to heaviest.
Cleanse (oil)
Cleanse (60 seconds)
Tone (optional)
Exfoliate (2-3 times a week)
Tone
Mask (2X a week)
Tone (you tone to balance your ph)
(While still wet) Essence (optional but great to help serums penetrate better)
Sheet Mask ( optional or 2X a week extra pampering)
Serum
Moisturizer / Sunscreen
Oil ( optional, really seals in the moisture)
Night sleeping masking (optional, just feels good smells amazing if using rose or lavender)
But for the morning you just have to rinse your face you can choose to use serums for either night or day they will suggest the best usage.
If you have oily skin oil is good too I’d just suggest at night .

Excluding the steps that say optional. Should this be the everyday routine (2 times a day) for a person with oily skin pls?? like every step mentioned be done?? or we pick an choose from you list as long as its lightest to heaviest product being layered

Just a word of caution, triple cleansing might be disrupting the ph balance of your skin and stripping it far too much of its natural oils resulting in a skin that is too alkaline and prone to acne/inflammation. If you wear a lot of product on your face I recommend removing that before hand with an oil or oil cleanser which does a really good job at removing oil based products. Then going in with one gentle cleanser.
Margaret totally agree.. I should’ve clarified what I meant by triple cleanse - wet wipe then cleansing balm then a gentle face wash x
Margaret what gentle cleanser do you recommend for very oily skin
sierra reyes I recommend a few such as: VaniCream Gentle Facial Cleanser, Aveeno Ultra Calming Hydrating Gel Cleanser, Paula’s Choice Moisture Boost One Step Face Cleanser, and Neostrata Facial Cleanser just to name a few! I always advise others to look for mild lightly foaming cleansers that mimic the natural ph of our skin. Those are a few I love.
