What I learnt from my breakup is that, if you stuck with the breakup you ruining your own life. But if you focus on yourself and look at where you did mistake, just improve it, become the best version of yourself. Just because that person breakups with you doesn't mean all are the same, but when you know yourself better, then nothing can hurt you and after that you don't take the wrong step in it.
My four years of a serious relationship (both of our first love also) has ended up 4 days ago. She agreed with her family and is marrying someone else. I also convinced my family but she declared she can't be able to go against her family. In the end, she told me that she doesn't want me anymore. So I have nothing to fight for anything as she herself is not on my side. I am upset, very upset. She did many things for me in the last four years. She sacrificed many for me. But in the end, she left me behind. Maybe my fault, but I tried from my side also. She is very special to me. I tried, but can't bring hatred for her. I feel so lonely thinking that my love will be someone else's for the rest of the life, in the same home sharing the same bed. And here, I am sitting alone, listening to these speeches to gain some confidence to overcome the unbearable pain of loss. Maybe I'll overcome, maybe I'll not, but I always pray for her. She is already happy, I hope she will be happier.....
Update: I am recovering on time. Trust me, time is the greatest healer. Those who are in the same situation as mine, just wait and be confident, all will be ok one day...

Let me tell you from my experience, if you truly loved someone and suddenly had to split up for whatever reason the process of healing will begin with negative consequences first. For the next 6 months you will be in hell, you will start avoiding people and stop putting yourself into public places. The memories of that person won't fade out but it won't cause you no more pain. You will start looking at things in a completely different way. At the end of this process you will be a completely changed person, way more different than you were before. A person who doesn't care about losing someone! This phase will be a ride of emotions for you where you will learn about the worth of your life. I assure you that you will overcome this thing, only it will take time. 🙂 Tip:-You can't avoid this phase and atleast you can speed up this healing process. Whenever you start missing that person cry as hard as you can and suffer alone as for now. This will help you throw your emotions out quickly and make your mind empty and help you heal fast. Let me tell you from my experience, if you truly loved someone and suddenly had to split up for whatever reason the process of healing will begin with negative consequences first. For the next 6 months you will be in hell, you will start avoiding people and stop putting yourself into public places. Your mind and body will lose hunger and thirst which will eventually make you weak. The memories of that person will keep reminding you how happy your life would've been if they were still here which will add more pain to your thoughts which is already killing you every single moment. You'll start losing your confidence and get more lonelier inside and nobody will understand your mood swings/mixed weird feelings except you. This will change your way of behaving/socializing drastically. Please don't take any wrong step during this time I know it's damn hard but please hold on to yourself. After you've gone through this period of 6 months the second chapter of healing will begin which is actually better, here you'll slowly begin to make efforts to get back to your senses as you'll realise that accepting the fate is the last option for you. The memories of that person won't fade out but it won't cause you no more pain. You will start looking at things in a completely different way. At the end of this process you will be a completely changed person, way more different than you were before. A person who doesn't care about losing someone! This phase will be a ride of emotions for you where you will learn about the worth of your life. I assure you that you will overcome this thing, only it will take time. 🙂
Tip:-You can't avoid this phase and atleast you can speed up this healing process. Whenever you start missing that person cry as hard as you can and suffer alone as for now. This will help you throw your emotions out quickly and make your mind empty and help you heal fast. May god bless you with strength to cope with this! ❤️
