- When I was at Game Informer I wrote a piece about my "postcards" from Breath of the Wild, and for a long time I've wanted to make a video elaborating on a handful of them. Since we'll have to wait a little longer until we get details about the next Zelda game, I wanted to look back and celebrate some of my most cherished memories of this Nintendo masterpiece.

2 'moments I really liked that weren't on this list,
1- Building up Tarrey Town. Beautiful music, and really encouraged you to interact and meet people around the world, to help build up the town.
2- Seeing a dragon for the first time. I had no idea there were dragons in the game the I first played it, and seeing Farosh for the first time over Lake Hylia was breath taking.
The first time I saw a dragon my mind was blown it was so beautiful I wish I could wipe any memory of this game from my mind just to replay and experience it all for the first time again
One of my favorite memories is a simple one. Me walking through the dueling peaks for the first time on my way to kakariko. I don't know why but that is always the first memory that comes to mind when I think about this game
Thanks for the video. Your voice is really comforting. Botw always has a special place in my heart, it brings me back to high school days when I lay in bed completely immersing myself in Hyrule after finishing homework. It gave me so much peace and simple happiness.
This video is so underrated. It really inspirated me, you did such a great job, choosing music, camera views, and emotional commentary. Just wow, this is a master peace, and it is so inspirating, it helps me to improve my editing skills.
Sry for my bad english but I am to lazy to work with a programm^^...
Wharever thank you. Zelda is my life since i became 10 years old, and this is so nostalgic and emotional for me.
Just, thanks!
I love this calm positive energy that you emmitt in this video. Heavily underrated channel!
Thank you so much!!
Great video Wade! There really is something magical about the world in Breath of the Wild - every time I start a new playthrough I discover something I never noticed before. Special mention goes to the Great Plateau for me. Despite it technically being a 'tutorial' area, I find it to be an enchanting piece of Hyrule's geography, steeped in mystery and atmosphere.
I definitely agree! I'll always remember the Great Plateau as the place where I repeatedly had the thought, "Wait, I can do that in a Zelda game?!"
I loved this beautiful collection! Thank you for making this, it deserves more views. I am happy to find someone who appreciates the more subtle, significant, and sentimental moments. These are also among my most favorite aspects of the game.
unrelated to the videos actual content but I love your voice
How can this video not have so much more views? One of my favorite Zelda videos, I can really relate to all the scenes you talked about. I even returned to Hatano village just to walk around, and take the tranquil scenery in.
Thank you so much for watching! Please share if you can:)

Spoiler Alert
So after you finish all of Kass quests if you go back to Rito village were the rainbow children sing Kass will be there (im not sure what time though) and I dont want to spoil to much so when you see him there with the rainbow children talk to him and do what he says and there’ll be something cool. Thats honestly one of my favourite thing in BOTW
I love that moment!
I thought this video had 3,659,000 views. It deserves much more.
Thank you so much for watching!
awsome, master of narration
Thank you so much for making this!! as well as the BioShock infinite ambiance piece. your work really highlights what makes a game special to me, and many others, the ambiance, character, and narrative. In my opinion, both are examples of what one of the best things gaming can accomplish is the world as a work of art and as a character. For me, the most special moment I had with breath of the wild was the first time I got a horse on the way to kakariko. It was my first Zelda game, but the behavior of the horses, along with the environment, as well as the soundtrack reminded me so much of spending time alone in the woods as a child. usually, games have no problem making me feel alone or solitary, but this was one of 3 times that a game made me feel as though there's no place I'd rather be and that all is well, a sense of complete satisfaction and security. the other two being battleship bay and the colosseum in AC Brotherhood
The best video game
A gorgeous video - masterfully edited and delivered with real care and love. Like you, I love wandering through the many villages at diferent times of the day, catching the subtle story telling and engagements between the NPCs. I'm playing Age of Calamity at the moment, and videos like yours have me itching to replay BotW straight afterwards. Thank you for a very enjoyable watch!
Thank you so much for watching, and for the kind words:)
Hopefully we get some news this year for the BOTW sequel!
Great video, LOVE IT ❤
I'm a explorer in the game, want to know everything and its history.
Incredible!!!!
Bravo, Wade. This was so great

13:57 Can anyone tell me what BGM track is this?
5:00 Where can I find this song? I never knew Zelda needed trumpets so bad until now.
That’s part of the 25th anniversary music CD that came with Skyward Sword.
Thanks for watching!
@@WadeWojcik What is the song called specifically?
