I did Sundowner on Revengeance with no damage but just got an A, it's the last chapter (other than Blade Wolf & Sam) to get an S so I can finally get that achievement.

Could this be down with any sword, like the FOX blade, or can this only be done so with the Muramasa?

Well from speculation and 0.25x speed, that's just a regular parry block with defensive offensive done really fast
