Інгредієнти:
-850 г очищених фруктів
-1 л води +(150 мл додала в готовий сік)
-3 ст. л цукру (залежить від солодкості фруктів)
-1,5 ст. л лимонного соку
Приготування:
Фрукти помити, почистити. Скласти в каструлю і залити водою, так щоб вода покрила фрукти. Варити до м'якості.
Добре пробити блендером і довести до смаку.
Вихід: 1,5 літра соку.
P.S. Цей рецепт призначений безпосередньо для вживання. Якщо ви хочете законсервувати сік на зиму, банки з соком слід простерилізувати. Або добре прокип'ятити сік, після того, як проб'єте блендером.

Ingredients:
-850 g of peeled fruit
-1 l of water + (150 ml added to the finished juice)
-3 tbsp. l sugar (depends on the sweetness of the fruit)
-1.5 tbsp. l lemon juice
Preparation:
Wash and peel the fruit. Put in a saucepan and cover with water so that the water covers the fruit. Cook until soft.
Blend well with a blender and bring to taste.
Output: 1.5 liters of juice.
P.S. This recipe is intended directly for consumption. If you want to preserve the juice for the winter, juice jars should be sterilized. Or boil the juice well after blending it with a blender.
