Hello Shirley from NJ. Lovely to hear from you! I love simplistic cards with beauty/elegance and plan on exploring this type of card in greater detail!
In my previous videos I have demonstrated how to avoid the halo effect by not rocking when you press the stamp down on the paper. It is more challenging because I cut the stamp into much smaller pieces and therefore left profound edges (compared to smoother edges on uncut stamps) but practise makes a huge difference! Final tip: Always check for ink marks before stamping.

Hello Dorothy. Thank you for asking-I'm delighted that you would like to try this yourself. I used half of a A4 size cardstock piece as this is standard in Australia. If you freeze/pause the video at 0.35 then you should be able to view the measurements which I marked clearly using a thick marker. I have poor eyesight also and use my laptop when I am following tutorials. Some prefer a tablet/iPad because of their larger screen compared to a smartphone or even connect their phones to their TV screens!

@@vscards884 Yes, a lot of trees down up here especially on the Strez up near the township. Some big trees down and clean up will take a while yet.
