If my math is correct, on the turn where the hearts took a lot of bleed/healed a lot, you still ultimately ended up with 5 damage on him. So while it wasn’t a major damage turn it was still a positive turn for you.

This remind of when i took my leper to a dungeon and, i dont remember if it was on a boss or a big mob that i used his debuff ability of reducing enemy damage,
Long story short i debuff the mob by like 120% and the mob was hitting me for 0 and crit for 1
