Riker insinuated if they were on the enterprise theyd be in a better position to fight. Also one of the designers said that the enterprise E was built at a time when the borg were a greater threat. And that threat had dissipated and the titan was built to get back to exploring. Sounds like the sovereign is still a powerhouse🖖🙂
I never liked how the Breen energy dampening weapon was dealt with so quickly. It was such a serious threat for like five minutes before O'Brian was able to O'Brian a fix for it.

Tough to take them all on like that. At the start of the battle you maybe should try doing a quick warp jump to a flank to string them out a little bit so you aren't surrounded by fire. Give yourself a little maneuver room. If you had just a little more health I think you could have taken the Dreadnaught, the DWS-Female Founder-A.
I actually own this ship in sto on my dominion character, i have the vanity shield and vanity impulse engine on it, the ship has the same exact hull as a dominion bug ship, as when you start a dominion character, they give you a T5-U dominion bug ship, my odyssey also has the weapons, since a dominion vessel uses polaron weapons, i have a full loadout of that on it, i also own the operations variant, which can separate its saucer, which they call a "chevron separation", I own multiple federation ships, including an excelsior refit (AKA The USS Lakota), and a T5 galaxy, which also has saucer separation, the dominion characters are fun to use, if you finish the federation missions, i highly recommend a dominion account :)

Id love to see a comparison matchup video of the Dominion battleship/s against a couple of Imperial Star Destroyers, see how the shielding & weapons of each fare against the other. The Dominion battleship's seige weapons used against the Imperial star destroyers shields, with the star destroyer weapons against the shields & armor of the Dominion ships.
I would like to see a jem Hadar fleet vs an imperial fleet. Trouble is the mod makers tend to be bias. Also, i don't know if there is a way to account for the effects of polaron energy drains.
I'd love to see the Enterprise F refitted with the Lance cannon but a modify weapons pad that rotates an has pulse cannons as well as torpedoes. Now that's a dreadnot that could KICK AZZZZ.
It’s a Dominion Cruiser or a Jem’Hadar Warship, not a “Vorta”. The Vorta are the Dominion race that command the Jem’Hadar troops. Adding a Dominion Battleship to the group is unusual. A typical task force would be about 3 cruisers with 3 destroyers escorting each cruiser. Battleships operated alone without escort, so you could probably do a one-on-one realistically.
I think the Enterprise-F would kick some series Dominion ass. Well...maybe not against The Breen's energy dampening weapon like you said one would like to hope it wouldn't get disabled by that. Ya fighting that super Jem'Hadar was tough. I agree that if Starfleet had 8 Odyssey class ships at the time during the Dominion War then yeah they would have won probably nearly every engagement. Keep like two or three in reserve to help protect Deep Space Nine and pick off any Dominion ships that would come through the wormhole.
If you look into the history of the F, it was actually made to compete and face the founders super capital ship....the F was designated a super capital ship herself...super capital ship in peace time, dreadnought in wartime..
STO has this exact storyline. That fleet that got disappeared by the Profits? They only got delayed and they show up IN FULL strength take over ds9 because nobody expected them. Could you do the battle from DS9 where the Obsidian Order and Tal’shiar fleets get completely destroyed? Maybe you could tip the balance?
The only reason the battleship took so long to destroy the enterprise f is whoever was at tactical kept missing. Must have been a cardasssian who had too much kanar the night before.
It'd done some damage but it would not have made a dent in a war, one ship no matter how good would not last long against thousands, we have examples of that in history, Bismark, the Tirpitz and the yamato both out classed the allies ships but having just one didn't make a real impact.
When I use Enterprise F, there is always a long delay before I can fire torpedoes. You seem to always fire them right away. Any idea why there would be a delay?
the odyssey class (ent -F) is only around 10 years older than the sovereign class it's not going to be leagues above the sovereign class. every new heavy cruiser class starfleet puts out is like 30% more powerful than the last. starfleet only comes out with a big leap forward ship every 50 years or so .

Bridge Commander remastered doesn’t have multi targeting. That would have been very useful! I agree about the sensor array. Although could we have gotten through the armour in time? 🖖
I feel like the Dominion Dreadnought in Bridge Commander remastered is too weak. It´s much weaker than the Romulan Scimitar or some Klingon mods (Khaless mod).

I like the design of the Enterprise f and I like sto but I can't believe that the new treck is Canon despite of Prodigy and lower Decks. The feeling the plots the ships and the bridges are completely different. I think picard, discovery, strange new worlds and beyond don't belong to canon and i hate them. Star trek Enterprise NX 01 had the spirit of star trek and gene roddenberrys vision implemented. They' ve ruined the 25 century, i think. Only the novels, that aren't canon like new frontier show real trek evolution. Especially Peter David is a great author. With Nemesis died a big part of star trek in my opinion. Datas dead was also a big mistake. Lower decks and Prodigy let me grow hope and they made me not to quit the star trek universe. Despite of that, the Enterprise f's hull design stays great. How do you, as a star trek youtuber think about this, retro badger?
I agree. Star Trek lost its way when Enterprise was cancelled. That was the end of canon for me. Likewise, Star Wars canon ended for me in 1983. Canon is up to the individual fan in this age of sequels and reboots.

You're right about the Breen ships at the second battle of Chin'Toka the Defiant fired 4 Quantum Torpedoes & it spilt the Breen ship in half instantly
More phaser multi-target fleet battles please! I'd love the see the Enterprise F take on a fleet of bug ships.
You would have to do it in Kobiashimaru The Remastered version doesn’t have the option for a multi targeting

It wasn't O'brian that came up with fix it was Klingon ship that had a strange malfunction that made it immune to the energy damping effect
Not really they lost several episodes trying to get the ROMULANS and Starfleet back into the fight.

Was your warp engine off line? And did this ship not have multi-targeting?

So the F can't even take on the Founder's ship 1 on 1. I can barely scrape by with a 50% win rate against those things.
