This really is one of my favourite art channels out there. As soon as I hear that familiar intro and see the beautiful colours and granulation patterns up close, I calm down instantly. And today you've spoiled us with a double upload!! So I just want to say, thank you for everything. Your videos are really wonderful
Yes!!! Turner's Yellow!!! I love it! It's tha same as White Nights Naples Yellow Light! Gorgeous, luminous, soft - it glows in light washes. 🤩 Okay, I will now resume watching the video...
Beautiful combination of colours, very enjoyable to watch, thank you! Reg. Nickel Azo Yellow - another affordable version, which I found, is White Nights PY150 - Indian Yellow. Very vibrant.
@@mydogeatspuke Haven't tried it yet, will be interesting to explore :) Some for the price are amazing. My favourite so far is Cobalt Turquoise PB28. It is just gorgeous. Quin Red is lovely too.
@@sunlight5296 ooh i love their cobalt turquoise!! and their nickel azo yellow is very nice too. i don't have other examples to compare it to, but i also really like their perylene maroon (they call it venice purple) :D
i love seeing colour choices in palettes and this video is no exception! i like the look of rembrandt paints - they're quite affordable here in the UK, and i love their selection of yellows and reds :D
Oh, I love colors too 🥰 Just checked Jackson’s and they have Azo’s but I did not see a Nickel. Online sample of Gamboge looks like it might behave as a Nickel. I never “got” the love of Quin Gold, Quin Nickle Azo Gold does it for me. Watching videos like this ❤️ are like looking in someone’s bathroom cabinet 😂😂😂 🥰🌺
I felt the same about quin gold for a long time and was totally into nickel azo yellow, but lately it's not doing it for me... I think it works better in florals and I've been painting beach scenes. I'm sure I'll be in love with it again soon 😀❤️
I don't buy Qor tubes because they are very expensive in Europe (and in the US) and besides their pushy nature (which I love for my yellows) I don't find anything extraordinary about them... Their introductory sets are cute and fun, great present, but I don't buy full size tubes. Hope that helps!
@@iritlandgraf thank you, I'll write in english too then. I asked, because you squeezed some qor colors into your palette and I read somewhere, that the colors don't reactivate so well, once they dried. The qor mini set has a special treatment or something like that. I'm curious what your experience will be. 😊
@@claudiaandrianaivo7205 I don't have any problems with rewetting mine either! A few of them crack as they dry, but that doesn't affect their quality. I LOVE their Quinacridone Magenta. And thanks for letting me practice reading German! ☺️

Lol you're definitely making me want to take mine out again 😀 just so happens there's a free spot where a yucky poop like yellow used to be 😉
@@iritlandgraf Aha! Yay! Begone, yucky yellow, make room for new friends! 😁
im jealous of the big tub of paints
I used to have allot LESS paints until I started watching Irit’s channel….Oh well I love it!
Why, yes, I’d love to come over for coffee!
Oh look, I just happen to have an empty w/c palette in my purse, how weird is that? 😜
😂😂
Thanks Irit, you always put a smile on my face with all the beautiful colorc..!!
My pleasure 😊 I'm so glad!
You’re inspiring me to get my watercolors out! 💕
Go go go 😀❤️

Their caput mortuum is also spectacular.

I would love to se a complete tour of the colors that you have and your opinion of them 😍
Rembrandt does carry PY150, but they call theirs aureoline :)
Love seeing your process!
Thank you 😀❤️

Hello I love that pallet. Can you fit half pans in the slots?
Yup 😀 at least the Rembrandt one, I will check ASAP if the Schmincke fat ones fit too 🤔

My experience is that they reactivate beautifully. That is definitely not one of the reasons I don't buy them, but all the other ones I mentioned 😉
@@iritlandgraf 😆 I bought two sets nevertheless, couldn't resist. 🙈 Thanks for your answers! ❤️
