      Looked like he was remembering some older game. Kasporov likes the simuls to be easy. No one rated over 2000 is allowed in his simuls, though he would most likely make an exception if you let him know in advance. But he wants a perfect score, and even the greatest player will lost some games if they play simuls with some 2000 + players. Fischer did all the time.

      The thing is if you say you're a certain level but you're actually higher in a simul, it will mess up how one plans to play the situation. It's kinda messed up to sneak in like that

I mean, it was just a simul, so it wasn’t serious, I don’t know why he got so upset, everyone has an ego I guess, but he had a fair enough point.

    One time I had a math teacher blindfold himself and beat me and two others on one board in chess. Unfortunately he died in a tragic accident about a year later. I’ll never forget that guy.

    Magnus defeated 3 guys simultaneously in a blindfolded match.. Just by imagining 3 chess boards at a time and calculating everything with black cloth on eyes..

      He beat 11 at the same time and even if he’s not at the board and it’s his move, his time ticks down so he is often at a time disadvantage and if he puts too much effort/focus into one game that will inevitably affect another
