Yes, there are! I remember paying 5 pesos to use the rest room :) Just a note that when we visited earlier this year, the rest rooms were very basic so don't expect much!

There is a town in Tingloy island. You can go there and eat and buy some food. You need to ride tricycle tho
Oh this is interesting! What would visitors have to say to the tricycle drivers to get there? :D
