Tagaytay is truly a cool romantic place. With so many restos and cafes, the choices are almost limitless. But prices of many hotels and restos are unreasonably priced for the average Pinoys. And traffic could be as terrible especially on weekends. But it is still a good place to unwind, because weather is favorably cooler and great during October to February. And to locate reasonably priced hotels or lodging places and cafes is still part of your adventure.
