My doctor told me I have not been ovulation, which is true because I don’t see that clear watery discharge after my period. My doctor prescribed DOSTINEX ,Vitamin E and folic acid for me but to no avail.Please what should I do?🇬🇭in Ghana. Thank You

Hello mam.....I have really..loved the way u expressed things..and..its very informative..
Coming to the point...my mom is 36 now..and..she is having ovarian cysts..in both the ovaries..our gynaecologist..told her to wait till 40..and..then we will do a surgery..she is suffering from this ..since approx 4 yrs...at the beginning ..she used medicines..but later..she stopped medicines..and..she's managing with..related exercises and walking...she has been doing good with...normal regular periods...sometimes..excessive bleeding..or irregular periods is becoming a problem...and..this month...she got period very before the actual date...and...the bleeding hasn't stopped yet..its been more than 10 days..she is even having..pain in the abdominal part..
And..what do u think about this problem..and..what do u suggest mam..
