@@carolinemeyer8701 actually yes you do need a license and have food testing :) It does very state to state but I had to call my local governing body to get the answers :)

But I do have my llc and I have my treats out for testing now once those labels come back and I get the clear for the ag/fda I can open my store to the public for sale and I already have boutiques lined up for whole sale :)
These are the kind of treats every horse needs! My 20 year old gelding can not do anything without getting a treat.

The base is made with 1 part water, 2 part molasses and flour until a dough forms. The icing is made from egg white and powdered sugar
