thank you for this!! im only 17 and am a size 22-24 as well, carrying most of my weight on my stomach and im going to Alton towers this weekend with some friends. i was so scared that I might not fit on the rides, but this has put my mind at ease a bit. most reviews I have seen are very contradictory, one person will say they managed to get on everything fine and someone else will say they left the park crying because they weren’t allowed on anything. I’m hoping that this is because of different staff members not being as patient as others, and not attempting to push the bars down/ or offering a larger seat and not because they genuinely couldn’t fit. again, thanks for this video. you’ve made me feel a bit more confident going now.
I can’t thank you enough for this video, I’m at a size 12/14/16(on my legs) and am going on a trip with my school after alevels and have been so stressed and worried as it feels all the more scary going with people from my school rather then my family. I carry most of my weight in my thighs and so seeing that most of the restraints are over the head/ on your stomach really put me at ease. Thank you so much !!!
