Here's another easy peasy recipe for you to enjoy!
How to make 1 minute coffee cake in a mug with your trusty Microwave instead of a convection oven? #nooven
This cake is so easy, moist, soft and ingredients are most likely available right at your friendly neighborhood's sari sari store.
📝RECIPE:
1 small pack (24g) 3 in 1 coffee mix (I'm using Kopiko Blanca for this recipe.)
3 tbsp of all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp milk
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Optional:
1 1/2 tbsp chocolate
⛔ Notes:
Since 3 in 1 coffee contains sugar and I added chocolate, I just skipped the sugar. But if you don't have chocolate, you can add in 1 tbsp of sugar.
