Honestly, making the burgers is a lot more healthier then if they went to food chain to get a highly processed burger. if they adjust there food intake their shouldn't be a problem.
Tbh they should've started with a good diet for a week or two... Because the more you workout you'd get hungry easier and it gets tempting to eat more food.
They have to learn to control themselves, either way burgers themselves aren’t that unhealthy, it’s the ketchup, sauces, seed oils and fries that do most of the damage.
