Steps 1- write upsets ( first pen), leave two lines
2- mirror all upsets to myself ( second pen)
3- Ask yourself, is it true ( feel yourself where it hurting), give peace nd love....Do it one by one upset...

Constantly searching for my calling...my purpose my soul mission...wanna clear my past karmas wanaa be the real me as my higher self...i wanna surrender to almighty...wanna be free wanna be the light the purest form...i have decided to give my life to god.. it doesnt matter if she comes back now..tho the pain of loosing someone who is so dear to onself shatters me...but i know its not about getting her back now...its about me.
