I am not sure what some of the best maintenance fee to point ratios are. That is the important part. Getting the lower maintenance fee per point. I would suggest asking this question in the TUG HGVC forum; tugbbs.com/forums/forums/hilton-grand-vacations-club-hgvc.52/
