Once you drive your palisade, it feels crazy being in a different car. There are so many sensors and cameras. The technology is crazy! Love my palisade.

The sun shields for the rear-side windows are amazing not only for kids, but anyone in the back seats! A great investment we made for the vehicle was ordering WeatherTech floor mats. When my husband and I were first married we lived in an apartment on the campus of the university we were attending. It was so tiny but we sure made good memories there. Your place is so pretty! It's a girl. 👶
I've bought flowers for myself before, if I saw a bouquet that I thought was beautiful. My husband was upset that I bought them for myself, but he would buy them for me just because he loved me, so I saw nothing wrong with it.
I can't believe how advanced Hailey is for her age. She understands EVERYTHING! Starting to talk, and using her hands to communicate. First children usually advance quickly because they are always interacting with adults. The next child(ren) advance differently because the older child usually interprets for them so they don't have to learn so fast LOL. Especially since they will be so close in age for your kids. She is very good at expressing her needs even without full language developed yet. Just adorable. A Tip: You should anchor your TV and that mirror to the wall. I read so many horror stories of TV's and tall things tipping and falling on children. Her little toy thing too. Kids climb when you don't even know they know how so better safe than sorry. They sell kits at Lowe's or Home Depot that are easy to install and don't show, nor ruin walls. It's so fun to see you both so excited about...well.....life! Love your new home, it is just right.

Buy yourself a couple of bottles of scotch guard and spray down the couch. If a stain gets on the couch it will come off without any issues, also, any spills with lay on top of the fabric so you can just dab it off. Make sure to saturate it down wet.

I'm guessing girl for baby #2 🎀 I have two little girls (almost 5 and 1). For both girls, the ultrasound tech knew they were girls as soon as they set the doppler on my stomach haha so it isn't just boys that can be identified super fast! Praying for a continued smooth pregnancy and healthy baby ❤

Travis and I felt like we shared too much about our previous home, and so since we had a fresh start we wanted to be more careful - Especially now that we are living in an apartment with people all around etc. “Safety reasons” may have been a better way to say it. Not saying there will never be a clip shown in Hailey’s nursery, but we didn’t want the complete layout and location out there. ❤️

We went to Vegas in Feb. and our Uber driver had a Hyundai Palasaide. As soon as we got home, we went test drive one. It is really nice!
