  • Yoga nidra or yogic sleep in modern usage is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, typically induced by a guided meditation. It’s very important to include practice of yoga nidra at the end of any asana sequence as the body and mind need the time to assimilate the effects of the asanas. Your body and mind feels rejuvenated after this practice.
    Practice of Yoga Nidra also helps to treat insomnia , anxiety and depression .
