Rightly so some things could be more expensive. Traveling to Little India or a supermarket can be a challenge dependent on where you stay. What’s a good cheap supermarket in SG?
7/11 is not the cheapest but its a god sent if you are lazy or desperate. Look for supermarkets. Its every where. Every shopping mall, every estate. Some are even 24hrs.
Good point. It’s still a cheap alternative for us Australians and probably most foreigners. I do agree with you that there are cheaper options for people who don’t want to travel too far ☺️
Hello my friend. Yes you are correct. its just a way we refer to the SG dollar at times. We tend to spell out the nationality as we so with Australian Dollar, American Dollar, Canadian Dollar and hence Singaporean Dollar.

Thank you brother Tiber. Add it to your list ☺️
Love it! You've captured the Little India vibe really well. Food looks tasty as well!
Afd it to the list when you visit. An hour or two is fine ☺️
Wow! You’ve convinced me to add it to my ‘To see list’ 😊
Definately. Put aside an hour or teo and get in early ☺️
The Mustafa Centre - what a magnificently named shopping place. A definite must for all. 😊
Great place to spend a few hours if you can bear the crowds ☺️
🤣✊🏻
I can nearly smell the food & culture from here 🤩 - looks like a big vibe & well worth a look - nice work my friend ✔️👍👋✌️🙏
😂 the aromas are great and the food! Great way to spend a few hours. The Heritage trail also entails alot more. ☺️👊🏽
May all your wishes come true in your heart feeling soul
Thank you my friend. I wish the same for you also 🙏🏽
Mustafa Centre looks like quite a place to visit. I’m unsure wbout those crowds though
Get there early to avoid the crowds 👍🏼
I find it quite interesting that Little India was not a designated area for the Indian migrants like Arab St and Chinatown. Great info!
That’s right. Little India grew organically over time. 👍🏼
Thanks you GURUJI 😘 😂❤🎉
☺️thank you as well
7-11 is the most expensive shop in Singapore. Find a normal corner shop in Little India or any Supermarket is cheaper than 7-11

There is usually a supermarket in the basement of the larger malls.

bottled water is way cheaper in supermarkets
Yes you are correct it could be but most tourists won’t go out of their way to find supermarkets 👍🏼
Why do people keep saying singaporean dollars? We say “Singapore dollars”
Hello my friend. Yes you are correct. its just a way we refer to the SG dollar at times. We tend to spell out the nationality as we so with Australian Dollar, American Dollar, Canadian Dollar and hence Singaporean Dollar.
Nope 7-11 is not cheap, the supermarket is cheaper
Yes you are correct. It’s still a cheap option for us from the west and not many western tourists will go to the supermarket
