Looks like you parked too close to an intersection. There needs to be at least 5 meters between your car and where the edge of the road starts to curve. Oh well. Hope the rest of your trip goes smoothly!
Parking in opposite direction is as far as I know legal in Norway. I think it was that the way she parked was to close to an intersection, and also she blocked a pedestrian crossing (lowered kerb, or equivalent).
I have been to Norway and seen the beautiful places you are enjoying. My grandfather was Norwegian and we were trying to learn more about our family history. Going back next year and will try some of the restaurants you have vlogged about. 🦄🦄🦄🦄

@3:00 In Bergen you I believe you need a permit to park on the streets in many places. So only people that live there with a permit can park. There are also plenty of P signs and ticket machines to pay for parking where it is permitted to park for anyone. For parking overnight you really have to find one of the parking houses with long term parking.

Free street parking (or rather free parking all together) in Bergen is more or less non-existent within and close to the down town area. From what I could see, you stayed somewhere close to the Nygårdshøyden, and that is a residents parking only zone (you need to get a permit sticker that you can only get if you are a registered resident within the zone). Metered parking spaces have a time limit of max 2-3 hours, so the public parking garages are more or less the only option (though pricey). But apart from that, I'm glad you had a good time here in Bergen and that the weather was in your favor :) (BTW. if someone told you it could be snowing in Bergen during the summer moths... Then that's a flat out lie. Hail, yes, but not snow. It hardly even snows here during winter :P ) Best regards from the gateway to the fjords :)

street parking in norway, streets with no parking signs are for residents of the area, (residential parking) public parking has parking signs, and you can park from where the sign starts (at that side of the road, if you see a sign on the other side on the road it would be parking in front of the sign, (the sign in front of you)) and then there's no parking signs, that's where you....cant park.. :P

Norwegians rack up a huge number of parking tickets in Sweden for that reason :P
