Its just practice. Play on hard and keep going up in note speed with every full combo then you will find expert pretty easy then do the same with expert and keep raising the note speed with every full combo. Overall its just practice and you find yourself with god like hand eye coordination.
it IS harder. My thumbs cant keep up with the pink diagonal swipes. Also dont expect to clear master difficulty unless you spend like 200+ hours in the game too
