1 raw rice x 0.25 urad dal x 0.025 ( not 0.25) of fenugreek ,soak it for few hours, grind it and let it sit and ferment( probably overnight if you are from a tropical country, otherwise heat your oven for 5 mins and switch off and keep the batter inside overnight). Don't forget to add salt and water to your consistency.
It's funny as an Indian-American, I always thought native Indians were stiff and awkward, but really it's just their projection dealing with foreigners. When Indians interact with each other, they're just as vivacious and fun as any ethnic group.
I wish there was a reaction to the food like previous food review videos. It doesn't have to be sunny but it helps to get a better idea of what the food would taste like.
I did appreciate that the people making shawarma were wearing gloves when preparing. Shawarma is one of my favourite Lebanese rolls with tabbouleh, homos and tahini. I have travelled a lot, India has never been on my agenda as it always comes across, filthy. Loving spices I prepare my own dishes with Indian spices and would never go to an Indian restaurant even in my own country. Cheap street food and tossing the dice at food poisoning is definitely not my idea of a good night out.
