Just got an offer today from MLM company guys.. Everything seemed the same as Lakshay had spoken here.. I am asked to pay ₹15K for their products and in turn I would get paid monthly..True they told me they would take just ten minutes but went on for like two hours. I felt so bored and indirectly asked them to leave. But they wouldn't. God they super bored me for two and half hours. Hope naive people don't get involved in such things coz they mainly target students and young people

Fun fact: There are some brands like Tupperware who have actually used chain marketing in a proper way to expand their business. Just trying to tell here that whenever someone approaches you, check the background of the company and not the person. The person who is convincing you must talk about the product (not those bullshit courses) and not about his senior's growth. Also if it is a legit company they won't ask you any enrollment fees.

Happened to me too I was connecting people on LinkedIn. This guy connects with me and asks me if I'm interested in a job opportunity. I said " of course I am". Then he asked me if he can talk to me over phone. I talked to him for about 30 minutes. In those 30 minutes, he didn't reveal anything about the job which had me a little confused. Then he asked if he could talk to me over zoom. Since, I have classes going on, I was a little short on time so when I asked for his availability, he said " Let me check my calendar and see if I can fit you in here". I was like " damn, he's busy". Then we talked on zoom for about 1:30 hrs. He kept asking me questions they ask in an interview. He also said that his roommates are dumb because they aren't working with him on this opportunity. He kept calling it as an opportunity btw. He was like I'm working in this for more than a year now and I was like and still you can't afford to live alone. He wanted me to give less time to my studies and other activities and concentrate on this ' opportunity'. Then he asked me to read a book ' rich dad poor dad '. He asked in how much time can I finish this book. I told him considering 170 pages and my classes and assignments around 10 days. He straight up said no😂😂. Finish it in fucking 5 days or you're out😂😂. He told me to manage my time better and sleep and study less to finish this book. That I should prioritize this book over everything. He also said that he couldn't talk to people before but this owner of this company taught him everything in 1 year and he's still learning. He also said that I'll be a partner not an employee. I'm a business student and I know that I'll need capital to invest to become a partner anywhere. He also didn't use the words MLM until only 5 minutes were left. I talked to him after watching Lakshay bhai's video so I was a little extra careful which helped me. Later I told him that I won't be able to invest the time needed in this so I don't think that this opportunity is for me and he saw the message immediately. He replied after a day saying that this opportunity was for everyone and all I needed was dedication

I was connecting people on LinkedIn. This guy connects with me and asks me if I'm interested in a job opportunity. I said " of course I am". Then he asked me if he can talk to me over phone. I talked to him for about 30 minutes. In those 30 minutes, he didn't reveal anything about the job which had me a little confused. Then he asked if he could talk to me over zoom. Since, I have classes going on, I was a little short on time so when I asked for his availability, he said " Let me check my calendar and see if I can fit you in here". I was like " damn, he's busy". Then we talked on zoom for about 1:30 hrs. He kept asking me questions they ask in an interview. He also said that his roommates are dumb because they aren't working with him on this opportunity. He kept calling it as an opportunity btw. He was like I'm working in this for more than a year now and I was like and still you can't afford to live alone. He wanted me to give less time to my studies and other activities and concentrate on this ' opportunity'. Then he asked me to read a book ' rich dad poor dad '. He asked in how much time can I finish this book. I told him considering 170 pages and my classes and assignments around 10 days. He straight up said no😂😂. Finish it in fucking 5 days or you're out😂😂. He told me to manage my time better and sleep and study less to finish this book. That I should prioritize this book over everything. He also said that he couldn't talk to people before but this owner of this company taught him everything in 1 year and he's still learning. He also said that I'll be a partner not an employee. I'm a business student and I know that I'll need capital to invest to become a partner anywhere. He also didn't use the words MLM until only 5 minutes were left. I talked to him after watching Lakshay bhai's video so I was a little extra careful which helped me. Later I told him that I won't be able to invest the time needed in this so I don't think that this opportunity is for me and he saw the message immediately. He replied after a day saying that this opportunity was for everyone and all I needed was dedication

So I approached him and asked what he does, koz his lifestyle and business plans seemed so out of this world. Then he asked me for my phone number. Which I gave without hesitation. He called a day later, we talked, I asked and asked, but he never told me what it is that he was doing. And he wanted me to watch some videos. That too in a day, I gave up when I couldn't know what it is that he was doing.
