    It is very authentic and different in style and also I like the idea of chopping the meat by hand rather than in grinder. I believe that it can also be implemented with fish / chicken.

    Ystrday i tried your paneer and spring onion recipe, it was fabulous, the ginger powder and fennel powder gives a very distinct taste, which i never tried earlier & i loved it.

    Looks nice, usually i try the recipes i see on youtube but this one looks a bit harder to try, it needs a lot of hard work for mincing the meat in the traditional way as shown in the video. and I also believe mincing in grinder will not taste as good as it tastes when minced on a wooden log.. I am more looking for your recipes which i can try myself without need of an expert help.. ^_^

      Hello. Thanks for watching.
      One can always find alternatives wherever and whenever the need arises. I have show how it's done in the authentic way but many people can't follow the exact steps and they can change/alter accordingly. You can use a food processor instead but make sure not mince it for a longer time. The taste and texture won't obviously be the same but it would still taste good nonetheless.

    Looks so yummy and different .... Will definitely try this one ....Just one question .... Can I replace egg in curd with something else so that veg version can also be tried for this recipe

      Yes you can. We add egg so that the curdling of curd doesn't take place while cooking it. If you want to make a veg recipe and skip adding egg, you should be careful and keep stirring the curd until you get the desired consistency otherwise the curd may curdle and your dish won't be the same.

    Great job dear! Just one question, is it actually cooked in curd only? coz i had it in a kashmiri wedding in srinagar its colour n texture was slightly diffrent from wat it is looking now!

      Yes it is actually cooked in curd only. This is a famous wazwan dish. The wedding where you had it, they might have either added food colour or none at all, so the difference in colour is due to that. Texture..I dont think picture or video can do justice to actual taste.😊
