Ystrday i tried your paneer and spring onion recipe, it was fabulous, the ginger powder and fennel powder gives a very distinct taste, which i never tried earlier & i loved it.
If we add turmeric directly.. doesn't it smells raw n abt red chilli won't they need tadka... I mean can v add red chillies and jaldi directly without tadka in any dish .. plz reply
