In android 9 up, you can totally off the animation in accessibility menu in phone settings and does not need to enable the developer option. Just turn OFF the "Advance visual effect" (in Huawei phones) or turn it ON if it named "Remove animation" (generic android), maybe it named different by smartphone brand.

probably unrelated to the video since it's a Xiaomi Mi10T but is there a way to limit refresh rate on certain games? For example Castlevania Symphony of The Night. Game runs more than twice the speed because the game is tied to framerate in 144hz.
Is there home screen looping? Or will I have to install another launcher like Nova or Microsoft? Are there gallery and music apps other than that google crap on the phone?
