I think the fact that you have to buy the dinosaurs in packages now instead of just buying the game is ridiculous. I bought the game back in early development for fifteen dollars on mobile, and got literally everything. But now you have to buy a bunch of packs to unlock dinosaurs and it’s so much more expensive. It’s so dumb dude

If you guys paid attention to this video of what's really going on, this video is about Achillobators raising a baby Deinonychus, beginning of video, (you know how weak deinonychus are in pvp) baby deinonychus was looking for a pack to raise him since it lost it's parents, at 0:32 you see Achillobator showing Deinonychus how to hunt herbivores (Deinonychus is literally sitting right next to the Boss Achillobator admiring it's boss how amazing it is to couch these small raptors). At 0:47 Deinonychus joins the hunt with the pack to do what he learned from the pack and finally he knew how to fight like the deinons and latens!! At 1:03 Deinonychus has finally grown into an adult thanks to the boss Achillobator. At 1:08 the two bullies achillos arrived to take on a helpless Achillo, Boss Achillobator stepped in to help and started to attack the bullies and Deinonychus was put into the test ALONE with Boss Achillo to see how well he does. At the end Deinonychus successfully passed the test reward him and his pack food (bullies body).
i love it so far! I will say im a little dissapointed in the lack of emotes new releases are getting, I understand the whole new goal for quests is to unlock stuff like emotes, but we have yet to know if its unlocked once you do the quest forever or if you have to do it for every server on every dino. It just makes them feel very rushed and unfinished when other dinosaurs have all their calls, a look emote, a shake emote, scratch emote, stretch emote and sometimes a questionmark emote, but with new releases it seems were lucky just to get one of those
Just a suggestion for future updates but imo achillobator seems a little rushed, a lot of its animations are quite weird, and I also feel like a lot of the newer creatures have very goofy personalities despite being strong pvp wise which is quite strange, dont worry about rushing creatures out for content. Most players prefer quality over quantity, which I think yall do good at both! I dont want the game to lose players or feel out of place however because of some over-hype, so please, take as much time as needed to make sure the quality of the game is top notch, not just how much stuff you can change in a single update! Overall I like achillo, havent grown mine yet but so far I find its calls sorta weird and its animations quite floaty for the calls, but other than that its pretty good!

Gameplay wise and animation wise I think the isle still has it and I will always prefer it's night system over PoT's but content and animal wise PoT is killing it. If they get get the game to feel as smooth and clean as the isle it could destroy it even without looking as good.
the isle makes me want to rip my skin off sometimes but after having evrimas movement and combat and i cant go back to that legacy type movement pot has

I agree but other than ic or the river in grandplains the rest of the map is pretty much dead the oceans are even worse a shame because the map is beautifully made with some great scenery i do not know what can be done to make people use more of the map there needs to he nore objectives to do maybe world bosses for carnivore or herbivore groups or group quests/dungeons for packs simply adding more dinos os great but wont make the map come alive or get people exploring more

I’m super excited for a big raptor to finally be here, although I will say I’m not a huge fan of the model. I’m not exactly sure why, just something about it (I think something in its head) makes it seem mediocre in design for something we’ve been anticipating for such a long time. Hopefully it will get some kind of rework in the future, nevertheless, I’m still excited to use it

My favorite calls for it are the 2 and 4 calls, as they feel unique. While screechy and loud roaring-esque calls are popular, they are way less cool than more unique calls or accurate calls, like low-pitched calls pairs with beak clacking and such. A very good example of the type of calls I enjoy can be found in the yutyrannus mod's r call. I would be super happy if I were to ever see a call more like that in the game, but we came close with that one rex emote.
That was one fast update omg! You devs have been working hard lol I hope you did a lot of balance testing though, that big boi being able to pounce could be quite op seeing how a solo deinon could take down an eo before.
achillo is def gonna be a fun playable but not so happy about the model, could have been done way better ie. better quality feather crest and better wing feathers
It should be able to pounce on dinos with a minimum 3500 combat weight instead of 5000. Pounce kind of feels pointless on it right now unless you're planning on only soloing apex dinos that don't have slick hide.

Amazing to see how quickly content is pumping out from the PoT team. Didn’t think it was possible for dinosaur games to have content updates this regularly. Hoping to see a herbivore for the next addition. Feeling a lack of love for them in the current state of the game.

I was just playing as this raptor for an hour on a community server and literally thought it was a new modded dino.
Fr i got on Jurassic Meat and saw my utahraptor was gone, looked at the roster and thought “damn the modder must have replaced it with this achillo” 😂

The stamina changes + migration system ruined the isle for me

yeah achillo in game is a mixpacker and he buffs them and only 1 achillo can be in a pack with the dynos and laterns
