Dear very nice workout tips.....I workout at home....I have all dumbbells...I love training my upper body but on leg day I try to find excuse to skip workout.....why leg workout is not pleasurable.....?
Please do some dumbbells only workouts for all muscle groups,for those who don't go to gym.. I've dumbbells at home and i hope many can buy too... Thanks Priya
