Once I managed to move past him mentally, after months of stalking and venting and entertaining his texts, good things started happening. I got my dream job a month ago, and I truly believe life gave that to me because my mind got right. My confidence is up and I'm glowing. I wish I would have done this months ago, but I realize I wasn't ready.

Running from pain just weighs you down until your a shell of a person with no feeling at all...embrace the pain and deal with the healing and you come out twice as strong as you went in....i high percentage of sucides is through people who try to push stuff down and bury it but its go no where to go and eventually errupts like a volcano....never run from what hurts you let it hurt and grieve it then start over again not making the same mistakes xo

That’s badass coach. I’ve hurt a long time about a year and a half after getting abused by a chick. I still hurt but I made sure to completely cut her off. The pain has been pretty intense for a long time but I never let the hurt stop me from putting in the effort to level myself up. However, since she left every aspect in my life has become far more abundant. For all the broken hearted people out there that have been hurt just keep pushing forward !
