Love your channel and your content. Your gorgeous by the way ❤. Thanks for sharing this. This is helping me budget better. Appreciate you.
@@annarowsell6298 thank you so much Anna! ☺️
According to your numbers you’re operating with a monthly surplus of $800, so I think you’re either missing some random expenses (Starbucks, target trips, medicines, etc) or you’re still spending on your credit cards, and the balances aren’t going down.
Also, make sure to enroll in the SAVE plan for your student loans. It caps your interest every month and if the interest is higher than your payment, the government pays the difference.
@@7CardFlushPoker not missing anything
Cut that nearly $50 a month on car wash!🚫
The monthly budget you all have been dying to watch 😂
We see things similarly on budgeting/ spending... love that! I added you because your hiccups are so damn cute!
@@weehoo 😂😂 thank you
Taking what you say you earn from your job and what you say are total monthly budgeted expenses that would leave you $700 each month. I would suggest putting aside $50 each month for car maintenance and $50 a month for dog emergencies. As much as we hate to think about it cars need new tires, wipers, tune ups, oil changes etc. And your dog will need vet checkups, meds, and who knows what else. It's better to have money set aside because these expenses are inevitable. But looks like you're doing good with not spending more than you make.
@@juanmejia691 great idea Juan! Thanks
Did you say a number backwards? $4300 income minus $3500 would leave $700-800 extra to put towards credit cards. That’s not paycheck to paycheck and its great!
@@saraashkir5793 absolutely! Yes!
We have Visible!! Always finding the deals.
@@cherylvargas8861 I honestly will never switch from them unless for some reason something better comes along
@@TheRachelShow Exactly! We went from Straight Talk to Cricket and now Visible. Has the same benefits you get for what you need for a lot cheaper. No hidden fees.
@@cherylvargas8861 yes wish I had gotten my head out of the sand sooner and went to Visible years ago.
🍻Cheers!
@@ibislife cheers 🥂
I love your content. What if you spend less in coffee every other month. Especially the dog treats food is impotent for the both of you.
@@emilymurphy2926 great idea
@@TheRachelShow Im 46 and Im living paycheck to paycheck. I do cash stuff as a way too keep myself accountable. I love getting ice cream out. I go once a week or every ten days. I also need clothes etc. If you set a side 50 have the rest go to debt and say a date in a few months from now , do something special for yourself.
@@emilymurphy2926 great idea!
Cute hiccups ❤❤

I hate that we give BILLIONS to Ukraine while we have people struggling here. If we didn’t have endless wars, like other countries, we would have free/low cost higher education, as well as healthcare. We can’t have nice things because of the Military Industrial Complex and the bloodlust of Congress.
@@vestagirl8484 I can agree with you on this
We should not give money to foreign countries, but it would not help to give money to people here either. Everybody would still be broke and create inflation. That's what you have just seen the last 4 years
@@jburch1544 if you have lived abroad, you would know that public funded healthcare and education are not radical concepts. They do not make people lazy. Instead, what we have here is our tax dollars paying for war and pensions in Ukraine whilst our seniors struggle, w/people burdened beyond comprehension with debt.
@vestagirl8484
Have worked and have many colleagues in the EU. Education is paid for, but not everyone will have a choice to go to university like the US. They have higher standards, and some will be sent to trades. Healthcare has limited choices also, but paid for, the Affordable Health Care Act in the US is a blueprint from EU and in place. In the next decade or so, the US will end up like the EU for Healthcare, so you will get your wish. Socialism will limit your choices and freedom but feels safer. Do agree, don't print money to send to foreign countries but freedom is not free and requires responsibility. The girly here is trying to be responsible and has to live with her choices, so give her credit for leaning towards choice/freedom.
@@jburch1544 I give the host of this channel 100% credit for her endeavors. We squander our tax dollars on endless foreign wars all the while impoverishing our own citizens with false promises about how student loans are a good investment when clearly they are not. I would rather pay for US Citizens healthcare and education than pay for endless foreign wars/ the MIC / and special foreigners interests. We should shut down at least 90% of foreign bases and spend the money/resources on our own country/infrastructure/people.
