HOW TO: Modify a Button Switch for Adhesive Mounting

If your toilet has a flush fit tank lid or tank wall thickness or design that doesn't work with the standard button switch hanger, the button can be modified for double sided adhesive mounting. The switch button comes with a 1-inch, round, double sided adhesive mounting disk for this very situation.
Before the adhesive disk can be used, the button hanger feature needs to me removed. This video shows you how to perform this quick and easy modification.
