Q-Project... still rolling strong after all these years, always played an important part in D'n'B, for me especially. Inspirational. Look up some of their early productions (mid nineties ish) releases on Legendary Records. Timeless stuff! Big up Q' and of course Hospital for doing what they do, "I can never get enough..."
These old ones man I don't even know what subgenre or style this is, zinc used a similar baseline for slippery slopes which I'd personally class as original jump up styles but this is liquidy I'd say. Guess it's just one of the many that simply fall under drum and bass...these old artists were top professionals of the scene though, like take this track and compare it to champion sound. They made various styles unlike most of today who's tracks pretty much sound like a remix of their previous one and no I'm not an old skool gatekeeper, I'm only 27 but still "there's no school like the old school" 😝👊
I remember the vocals as in another drum & bass track. I'm not sure if it was Netsky or Camo & Krooked or something. Can someone help me find the song?
Nero was good until he betrayed us for dubstep lol his dubstep was produced good as he's a master producer but still dubstep is mindless zombie racket. I wouldn't even call it music 🤣
Just rediscovered this tune whilst driving around this morning. Massively underrated true banger
