In my opinion this set deserves way more appreciation for what it is. All four figures are exclusive, and you get a good looking carriage with some EXTREMELY useful parts!

GREAT review, Jang. Felt like you were talking to me ("folks prefer mid legs because they can be articulated" ; "if you despise stickers") ! wow, you pay attention to your huge fans. Or I imagine this:) Thank you sir. Re figures, I wish Hagrid and Maxine could sit. Articulated posability , with ability to sit, walk and turn heads, is what made me love Mini-Figures from the start, all my life.

Agree, the doubletree and yoke on the carriage is bad. Too thick and looks like an afterthought.

Andrew N. My question too. This definitely isn’t the original horse mould from the70s or 80s, this is from a few years ago and I can’t imagine they’ve done any others since (barring the Friends ones).

6:59 What do you mean by "the old horse" mold? This is the newest horse they have. The old one from 1984 was retired in 2012 when this new one was released. I don't remember any others (except the Friends horses).

I said it back when you reviewed the Yule Ball set, and I'll say it here too: I wish Madame Maxine had longer arms. Her normal length arms just look so out of proportion to her giant dress.
I would pick this set up, but 50€? No way. This would be reasonable at 40€ max.

In all seriousness, without Bray Wyatt references, this is a really good looking set. The carriage itself, both the movie and the LEGO version, reminds me of Cinderella.

I'm not really into Harry Potter, but I want to pick up some of these sets for the new molds and pieces they've been getting. I love the lanterns and tea sets.
I love this set. Just wish it wasn't $50
If they price-dropped all lego sets by 5-10%, they'd be more affordable and therefore more appealing to buy. But that probably won't happen ever.

I'm pretty certain mine came with an extra teacup as well. I remember rechecking the steps and also the inventory at the back of the booklet to verify it wasn't my mistake.

Only complaint is the price (but hey, it's bound to go on sale eventually). This is a really stylish carriage, and I feel I want to start a collection just of carriages outside of them having anything to do with Harry Potter.
I already bought it with 20% off, and it is worth for me the due to the rare figures. Now a proper set with some Ravenclaw students with great school uniform prints.

I believe Jang has stated that he will not review the Technic Bugatti Chiron as he does not generally review LEGO Technic sets. He has reviewed the Speed Champions build: ua-cam.com/video/MRkb5duPf3A/v-deo.html. He has indicated that he would be reviewing Queen Watevra's 'So-Not-Evil' Space Palace: ua-cam.com/video/DR9_Np-bMRM/v-deo.html. However, that review has not been published and it may be the case that he cannot find reasonable access to the set for review. We will have to wait and see.
