The small pipe on the top should be a cam case breather. You could have put that to a catch can. And then run the metal pipe to the throttle bosy with the maf connected as ypu have it
@@threepedalgarage993 a catch can catches oil and vapours from the cam cover and catches them not sure what your laws are about venting to atmosphere but here in the UK its not allowed.

Yeah, it goes to the valve cover. What is the function of the catch can? So it would replace the valve cover connection?
