Doesn't silicone and/or ceramic spray sealant add a shine to matte finish wheels that can't be reversed?

Silicone I have no clue, but no eventually it wears off.

Honestly they gonna be both a pain in the ass to maintain to be honest, they both gonna look dried out after awhile.

What would you recommend if you faded them black wheels on accident?

Either leave them like that, and re powder coat them at a later time, or try to dress them like in this video to at least bring some shine,
