ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT goes behind the scenes on THE NANNY when she visits the set of DR. QUINN, MEDICINE WOMAN, followed by a clip from the show. Both the ET segment and the show aired Monday, November 27, 1995. (Transcript below.)
TRANSCRIPT:
[Jane] Excuse me, excuse me, please. We're in the middle of something.
[Fran] Honey, honey, you're only married to him on the show. When they yell cut, let it go.
[Narrator] THE NANNY goes Hollywood, followed by an all new CAN'T HURRY LOVE, Monday.

[Fran] I'm all dressed up in my high heels and short skirt and I'm walking around in the 1800s, it's great.
[John] And then, it's THE NANNY in the 19th century. Fran Drescher drops in to the days of Dr. Quinn, looking for a date.
[Fran] You're only married to him on the show. When they yell cut, let it go.

[John] This is ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT for Monday, November 27, 1995. Hi everyone, I'm John Tesch.
[Mary] And I'm Mary Hart.

[Mary] And it all starts with a wacky home video.
[Mary] It's a 3-ring circus this week on THE NANNY. First, both Fran Drescher's mom, Sylvia, and dad, Mort, play bit parts, with dad getting a speaking role as Fran's miserly Uncle Stan.
[Uncle Stan] Who took 3 sips of my Coke?
[Mort] I enjoy it. I'm an outgoing person and so I don't mind it at all. What are they going to do, fire me if I make a mistake?
[Fran] He's very well connected.
[Mary] And then, Fran's video of her cousin's bris wins her a trip to Hollywood and to the set of DR. QUINN, MEDICINE WOMAN. But when Fran wanders off the tour in search of a bathroom...
[Sully] Maybe we should move the children.
[Director] Cut! Cut!
[Fran] Oh, well. As long as you're stopped... (takes picture). Oh, Dr. Quinn, I just love you so much!
[Mary] In between takes, Fran marveled at Jane Seymour's wild west setting.
[Fran] I could not do what you're doing. Look at her -- she's about to have twins, yet. It must be a hundred degrees. I'm like, "Where's my sound stage? Where's my air conditioning?"
[Jane] Please, but we're in the middle of something.
[Fran] Honey, you're only married to him on the show. When they yell cut, let it go.
[Mary] And, they always fashionable Fran was equally amazed by Jane's heavy wardrobe.
[Jane] I've discovered that if you're pregnant with twins, the only way you can actually keep in shape is by wearing all that stuff, because by the end of the day, you've had a really good work out.
[Fran] You have no bloat, either. You probably lose all the water weight.
[Jane] Yes, I could recommend it.
[Fran] I'm premenstrual. My feet are probably wider than yours.
[Mary] That episode of THE NANNY airs tonight on CBS.
