Industry sucks i get it, but i think almost everyone is in trading to accomplish what they dream, so its normal to see the “luxury lifestyle “ in this industry and at one time probably you get tired of it but is because you already made it lol.

What if you blow your whole 10k account on one trade ? Or you could position size safely in relation to your max win max loss in row # from a backtest of your strategy and have zero apprehension and chance of loosing your account . If you have to risk such huge % or in this case 100% of your account to make some money you clearly haven't gotten to profitability. Sure you hit and win some but in long run someone who properly manages trade size will come out ahead . And on top of that there's no chance of getting major investors into this kind of thing . Youl make far more money in the long run with proper risk management and mega investors or even consistently growing your account with zero chance of blow up . Proper risk doesn't have to be 2% only , it can be 10% compounding per trade up or down . That will make far more in long run . Meaning 10 years down the road , 20 years , 30 years . I don't blame a guy fer being burnt out on trading after 11 years of unproductive trading . I'd suggest backtest a strategy with high win rate and stick to that one pair solely with a 10% compounding trade size and I don't see how a person can fail .. trading multiple pairs will shred your account and you can't have any confidence understandably in a large 10% position size . If you back test on one pair and trade that strategy on multiple pairs that instantly fucks your consistency, because you may have a max loss in row # of around 5 but if you hit loosing trades on multiple pairs there goes your account , if your trading 10% per trade . Anyway everyone reading this can do what they want . Takes hard work , math and a long term plan to make it at this .
