I have similar goals too for 2024. For me, taking less trades means focusing more on high quality setups on higher time frame & trading with the trend. The down side however is paying for swap charges (depending on the pair)
The thing that confuses me is tastytrade say you need to trade more not less because that’s how the edge plays out according to central limit theorem so are you saying we should take fewer trades and thus be further away from the mean of the edge
