I just realized that they both wore pink LOL. But yes, both Cheng Xiao and Xiaoting have definitely made history especially since this performance and Xiaoting’s is at the first ever appearance of the section too (RG, dancesports)

Shěn Xiǎotíng, Shěn is her surname, xiǎotíng is her given name, but this xiao and chengxiao's xiao are two different hanzi(chinese characters) , just the pronunciation or we could say pinyin (yeah right,"pinyin" may be more accurate) are the same, (but actually also not exactly the same because there are 4 phonetic tones of chinese hanzi pinyin like āáǎà, one hanzi may has one or more tones, two hanzi may has the same pinyins with the same phonetic tones or different phonetic tones) the characters and meanings are different, and this “xiao” of xiaoting kinda means like “little”, so it's something like little ting or lil' ting, so can you understand like her main name is ting, cuz nobody would call her lil' or little (小xiǎo in china) like that's weird, right? but it's not weird to call her Tíng cuz like the Tíng(婷) is just literally a name in China, a lot of chinese girls' name is 婷. I studied gymnastics before. I've watched all the other ISAC rhythmic gymnastics performances and this is still by far the best that I have seen. Very graceful, very flexible, and pointed feet.

Still coming back to this video. No one is iconic as this after this no idols in ISAC can compare to her performance years later. This video propelled chengxiao to fame and wsjn to the spotlight now they got more chance than back then.
rita Actually didn't manage to do her scorpion turn thing, but the mistake didn't look that obvious. :) Seriously though, she was AMAZING, especially her flexibility on the last move. Her flexibility is goals!
i think the only mistake she made was at the ending. But still she did so great. She always made mistake in every practice but she performed the final one with a not obvious mistake. Am so proud of mah baby~

That was such an amazing performance from Changxiao, though what's heartbreaking is that the wjsn members crying in the audience being so proud of her.
Her performance was breathtaking, considering she is an idol. She was so graceful :) on a side note, couldn't the stylist find a better dress lol this dress is horrible 😂 and, I like that she isn't stick thin like other idols.

It made me cry every time I rewatching her perf at ISAC competition. Till this day, no other female idol can surpass her gymnastic perf. They were just perfection. You can see how every idols watched every move of her and just lots of admirations. She was just too good, the most flexible and a perfectionist idol.
For people saying Mina's was better. No. It was good yes, for a girl that danced 11 year she should've nailed it and been more fluid, and she wasn't. This was so great. She was fluid and nailed everything even if she maid some small mistakes.

I came here because I’ve been seeing her everywhere with Wang Yibo and now that I saw she is in a drama I got genuinely curios about her because I never knew she was an idol after someone mentioned it to me. As a fan of rhythmic gymnastics , she’s not at that level yet, but she’s still amazing. If she focuses on just training she could be, but this is less than average for olympics. It made me cry every time I rewatching her perf at ISAC competition. Till this day, no other female idol can surpass her gymnastic perf. They were just perfection. You can see how every idols watched every move of her and just lots of admirations. She was just too good, the most flexible and a perfectionist idol.

For people saying Mina's was better. No. It was good yes, for a girl that danced 11 year she should've nailed it and been more fluid, and she wasn't. This was so great. She was fluid and nailed everything even if she maid some small mistakes.
