This is not an actual vehicle built by GM. Its an aftermarket company that built this replica on a newer Camero chassis. Chevrolet will never build something so great like that. FYI this same car add was going around last year advertising it as the all new "2023 Chevelle" ". It will never become reality.
@@mikethomas4523They wouldn't lose money to make retro car's, look at what Ford did in with the Mustang in 2005-09, they sold like hot cakes! Now 1500 HP is absolutely ridiculous and the wheels are too big. They could be realistic and make it 400 HP and sell it for 40k
@@corycurry4135 Yeah totally not just new front fenders, front bumper, and rear end on a Camaro... Haha so when people do a full body kit like the Darwin exposed carbon fiber body kit for the McLaren 720 it's not still a body kit? It's a body for a vehicle and it's a kit you put together therefore it's just a body kit on a Camaro just like the trans am one they did... 😂
It looks like a highbred cross between a chevelle and a camro it looks like both from different angles! What’s wrong with the original design Harley Davidson should think about that as well!
It's a Camaro everywhere except the front fenders, hood and bumpers... 😂 They did this before with a Camaro and made it into a transam by changing the body panels that are bolted on...
Too boxy for me. I don't like it. Hopefully the make it less boxy/bulky versions in the future, like they did with the Camaro. 2023 and 2024 Camaro is better.
So let me get this straight...chevrolet stopped using two versions of the same cars in the early 2000's (aka Pontiac) to cut down on costs, logistics and what not...yet they're gonna use the Camaro to bring back the Chevelle. Makes sense. Lol I guess Chrysler (Plymouth) and Ford (Mercury) 'll jump on the bandwagon at any moment. 🤣🤣🤣
POS, overpriced. MUSCLE CAR'S aren't and never were supposed to cost as much as a house, especially since its a camaro and they didn't have to make new tooling to build it. Muscle car's are supposed to be cheap fun, good luck trying to get people to take a 2nd mortgage out on there house. You can get a much better car from Mopar and faster for half the money , and they are overpriced. WHAT happened to cheap fast fun.
It’s a 1500 horsepower, super rare muscle car bro. if you want a 480 horsepower mustang for 35K then go buy that? Also where are you buying a house for $160,000 today? nowhere. this is incredibly rare at only 25 units ever made. That’s 0.48% of how many vipers were ever made! this is not just an ordinary “muscle car” nor is it production, all custom inquiry built.
@@Cor447 THE car your talking about is 300,000$ and who the hell wants an instant rare muscle car, what are you going to do with it, put it in a plastic bubble. The 2024(70chevelle) stupid that's going to be mass produced starts at 160,000$. And don't have no were near 1500hp . So again good luck selling them. That's way to much money, especially for a car where they already had most of the tooling and just threw a nose and ass on it. AND you can buy a decent house for 160,000$ and cheaper.
I'm not into newer cars but that's gorgeous

Yes GM is making
Ya, cause very few would buy it and they would lose money building it.

GM is making this
It made me cry. It's like a man's dream.
this should come in a manual transmission only
yes and descriminate people who have missing limbs or medical conditions like veterans and people with disability..
@@NAZTYPONY007sure if that’s the way you want to see it
It's a Camaro with a body kit... 😂
If you call custom fabricating literally the whole car besides the windsheild a body kit then sure. This isn't just some wide body kit haha

absolutely and way overpriced for different body panels.

Why is it ugly?
They dial them in🎉❤❤❤❤😂😂😂😂😂😂
It’s to bad it’s so expensive
Chrome plate the bumper!! Btw I know this will never happen, and 1500 HP is only for the track. And the word is "clone" not recreation
Like always still trying to catch a Mopar😂
Looks like a modified Camaro. As a previous owner of 70 elcamino, it just doesn’t do it for me
$165k for a dressed up Camaro..... HARD PASS.
Wishful thinking, it was said to start sales in 2021...then said to be released in 2022....now in 2023 we hear 2024😂
I like the car but $165.000 they are crazy
Make an SS El Camino then we’ll talk!
Camarovelle
The bigger the better and would like it to take a style from ford t-bird and make a roaster....
Not a Hellcat!💯
...a Chevelle-Cat
This car is totally meh. Just redo the og body and upgrade everything. They'd sell a billion of them. Nobody wants this!!
Never mimic a classic let history be
I'm definitely going the whole hog!

looks horrible
probably could have used someone with a more authoritative voice than this person.
To much plastic
Wtf...No....Try again!! Lol
They were crap cars then, should just be another dose of S*it....

I don't think this a GM car you are drolling over son
@mikethomas4523 You seem confused...posted your remark on wrong comment. 🤔
Lame
first
1970 Chevelle was a glorified nova
NOT even close
Great, it's now an uglier Camaro
