Best thing to do, legit works, connect to another network connection then turn off your ps then turn it back on, then you’ll notice that the other internet network is connected and useful
Ever since i got a new ps5 shell, the connection stopped working. I know it's dumb, but maybe i damaged something? I used a ps portal to turn off my ps5 right before putting on the new shell, the internet works, so is it the shell???? I know it sounds dumb but maybe the shell is made of wi-fi resistant stuff, idfk lmfao
im_taco7580 Bro, Shell can be an issue. But before anything else try to reset your PS5. If the issue persists, open the PS5 and check if any internal components or the Wi-Fi antenna were disconnected or damaged during the shell installation.☺️
