Chuck and Paige, the kitchen is looking awesome and is a night and day difference. Your builders have a good conscience and a good eye for detail. I am a retired builder and can share a little humor, an older Journeyman use to tell the apprentices "Just do your best and we'll caulk rest" or " Let the caulking do the talking" also Journeyman in a tube! Ah the good ole day's. Take care and can't wait for the cabinets and tops.

Yeah, my wife (Thai) has two ovens like that. When "air fryers" became a thing, she wanted one post haste. I told her: "You've already got two of them! They are just clear glass instead of a black drawer!" Now we have two "real" air fryers! 😂 😂 😂

My Gf and I stayed at Siri Regent Hotel, the room 310, the water from the shower smells every time we turned on the tap. Need to flush the water out every time we needed to shower. Only provided two pillows. ❤️🇹🇭❤️🇹🇭❤️🇹🇭

Hey Chuck, kinda ironic seeing you wear a Whataburger shirt. They just opened their first Franchise today in South Carolina. It was all over the news. Guess they have about 12 locations all over the state in the planning phase. I have had them before, not really impressed, but their okay. Kitchen is looking good. Mom is looking great as usual. I put light coloured tiles in my house when it was built. They get dirty so quickly in Thailand. Obviously everyone takes off their shoes when they come in but being in rural Thailand and especially during rainy season it's a pain.
That's a turbo cooker... I had one In The USA before coming to Thailand.
